Overlooking Lake Powell at Bullfrog Marina, the Defiance House Lodge is the most convenient hotel for all your lake trips and adventures. With modern amenities, striking views, and easy access to a myriad of land and water activities, you won't be dissapointed.
The Defiance House lodge is on a hill overlooking Lake Powell right at Bullfrog Marina. When entering the park just follow the signs to get to the top of hill.
The lodge is a two-story building consisting of 48 rooms. The rooms are in a separate building from the front desk and restaurant. The second floor is considered lakeview. The parking lot side on the second floor over looks the mouth of Bullfrog bay. On the marina side you will overlook Water Pocket Fold range and part of Bullfrog Bay. Guests will find pop, juice and ice machines located at the end of the hallway for their convenience.

The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults over double occupancy are at an additional nightly fee.
Additional Details:
Pets are allowed with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit required per pet, per night. Excessive cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, or excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if pet is left inside unattended.
Smoking is not permitted in any lodge room or building.
There is a $30 entrance fee that admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle and all its passengers and is valid for 7 consecutive days. The funds collected from entrance fees stay within the park and are used to enhance the experience of visiting the lake.
