Reservations are officially open for all three marinas on Lake Powell: Wahweap, Antelope Point, and Bullfrog for 2025!

Though the 2024 season isn't quite over yet, it's never too early to start planning your next Lake Powell adventure.

This year was a great water year; the lake is up nearly 6 feet from this time last year, and up 23 feet overall since April!

Lake Powell is made up of nearly 2000 miles of shoreline, 90 major canyons of towering red rock cliffs, arches, petroglyphs, and caves. Approximately 2 million people visit annually for houseboating, water sports, hiking, fishing swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding - anything you can do on the water, you can do on Lake Powell. 

We may be biased, but a houseboat is the best way to experience the lake. There's just nothing like waking up on your own private beach, and sitting on the top deck of your houseboat with a cup of coffee watching the sun peek over the red rock cliffs.

Things to Keep in Mind:

Late May is typically the first to book up! Rates are lower before June 3rd at Wahweap and Bullfrog Marinas, so this timeframe will fill up quickly. This also goes for late August when rates go back down for the Shoulder Season.

Holidays like the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekends will also fill up fast.

Peak Season (Travel between May 15 - October 15, 2025)

Off-Season (Travel between September 15, 2024 - May 15, 2025)
