This houseboat is more than a place to sleep, it's a place to live. It boasts 1-1/2 well-appointed bathrooms, a full-size refrigerator with freezer for all your meals, and a gas BBQ on both the top and front decks.
Entertainment? We've got you covered. Enjoy a movie night on the 42" plasma TV or dance to your favorite tunes with the surround sound stereo system. Plus, external speakers on the top and front decks allow you to carry the fun outside.
Relaxation is at your fingertips with a hot tub that fits up to 10 people. Stay warm on those cool nights with a cozy gas fireplace, and take advantage of the full-size clothes dryer for comfort and convenience.
Powered by an inboard/outboard Volvo Penta 3.0L engine and a 10 KW marine generator, this houseboat is designed for smooth sailing. For your convenience, there's also a central air conditioning system and a 12.5 kW Westerbeke Marine Generator.
The Nova Class Houseboat also features a rear fueling station with a 125-gallon tank and a 115-gallon primary fuel tank.
