This 62-foot long, 15-foot wide floating home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 4 private staterooms, a bonus room, and 2 pullouts in the forward salon. Each room comes complete with a queen bed, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventure.
This houseboat doesn't skimp on practicality, with a total of 2 1/2 bathrooms, an 80-gallon potable water supply, and a 10-gallon hot water tank. Two 150-gallon tanks efficiently manage grey and black water, making your journey as seamless as possible.
But the Constitution Class Houseboat is not just about comfort - it's about making memories. Cook up a storm on the gas BBQ, situated on the second deck, and enjoy your meal outdoors using the deck chairs (note: beach chairs are not provided). During the heat of the day, retreat under the ceiling fan located over the wet bar, or enjoy a movie with the BluRay player.
For the adventurous, the houseboat is powered by 2 Mercury 115 Outboards and a 12.5 kW Westerbeke Marine Generator. It also features a rear fueling station with a 125-gallon tank, and a 115-gallon primary fuel tank. Safety is the priority, hence why the boat is equipped with life jackets, a first aid kit, locking gates.
